Volkswagen Fanatics!!

We have all heard the term, loyalty. But, what happens when a person goes beyond the term loyalty. You know what I mean. The moment that they start to “supe” up their VW’s with all kinds of engine enhancements. They boost their horsepower from a factory level of 200, to an amazing 420. For those that don’t know, that is getting near Corvette power in a car half the size. What we find, is they don’t stop there. Then they go after the look of their Volkswagen. They lower the vehicle’s suspension and put on high performance tires to better hug the road. Then they slap on some incredible paint, and their VW becomes a hot rod. These people are what we call, Volkswagen fanatics.

They don’t just love their VW, they LOVE their VW. Why is that? Don’t get me wrong. I know that there are other car makes out there that have their fanaticisms, but VW is in a league of it’ own. I guess, it has something to do with the Beetle. The VW Beetle has been a cornerstone for the company since 1949. People have been fixing up these iconic classics ever since, and it doesn’t stop with the Beetle. Now, people are doing these types of fix ups to GTI’s, Touareg’s and everything in between.

The most amazing aspect of all of this, is they are not doing it to increase the value of their car. These people are doing it purely out of love for their car. They aren’t satisfied with just the standard. They want to go places, not just in a car, but in an expression of who they are in this world. That is a thing of beauty, and that is what makes our brand stand out amongst the car makers. Volkswagen is a proud niche of car buyers that are not only loyal, but fanatic about their cars.
